Built for ATEX/IECEx Class 1 Zone 1 hazardous areas, the DVM ExP2 is enclosed in a durable purge/pressurization-protected housing, ensuring safe and reliable high-bandwidth communications under extreme conditions.

  • Dynamic Signal Tracking: Uses real-time Radio Signal Level (RSL) data, integrated with gyro, GPS, and heading for uninterrupted connectivity.

Pressurization & Safety Features

  • Automated Purging System: Removes flammable gases/dust before activation, with 10 purge cycles for safety compliance.
  • Pressure Control & Fault Management:
    Gas Detection & Response: Continues operation for a predefined duration (30 min to 2+ hours) during gas detection.
    Automatic Power Cutoff: If pressure drops below the minimum threshold, power to critical components is shut down.
