DVM ExP2

The DVM ExP2 system from BATS introduces their innovative “connect and track” technology, enabling dynamic connections and uninterrupted high-throughput point-to-point (PTP) communication. BATS systems offer stable microwave links capable of automatically adapting to environmental changes or specific requirements, ensuring reliable and secure high-bandwidth private communication and data transfer. This versatility extends to use onshore, with offshore vessels, and in-field platforms. The DVM ExP2 is purpose-built for hazardous areas, meeting ATEX/IECEx Class 1 Zone 1 standards. Beyond its RF/communication capabilities, it features a robust fiberglass/composite-reinforced dome design and a 316L stainless steel automatic all-digital Ex p purge/pressurization system (P2). This system maintains a controlled atmosphere within the protective dome enclosure and includes safety features such as a pressure relief vent with exhaust flow and pressure monitoring, an ExPDU with an additional alarm monitoring port, and support for both single and dual ODU applications.
